Terms of Use

This page explains the rules for using this website. The site is operated by Lowkey718 ("we", "us"), and it is the official links page for the musician Lowkey718.

These terms apply to your use of the site. Nobody signs anything to read a web page, so if you do not agree with something here, the practical answer is to stop using the site. The one thing you actively opt into is the mailing list — submitting that form means you are asking us to email you, and section 5 is the part that governs it.

We have tried to keep this short and readable. If anything here is unclear, email lowkey718booking@gmail.com and ask.

1. Who runs this site

This site is operated by Lowkey718. It is one small operation, not a large company with a support desk, so replies may take a few days.

The best way to reach us about anything on this page is lowkey718booking@gmail.com.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

This site is an information and links page. It shows Lowkey718's music, artwork and release info, embeds players from streaming services, and points you to the places where the music lives.

To be clear about what this site does not do:

• It is not a platform or a community. No one else publishes here. There are no other users' posts, comments, uploads, profiles or messages.
• There are no visitor accounts and no visitor logins. There is nothing for you to sign in to.
• Nothing is sold here. There are no payments, no subscriptions, no checkout, no store. We will never ask you for card or payment details — if a page claiming to be this site does, it is not us.
• There is no advertising and no ad tracking, and we do not run any analytics product on this page.
• This site does not set any cookies on a visitor's browser. The one cookie it sets is a login session cookie for the operator's own private editor. Embedded players are a separate matter — see section 7.
• We do not host the music files that play in the embedded players. Those come from the streaming services themselves.

Two things do get recorded. Your email address, if you choose to submit the mailing-list form (section 5). And a running total of how many times each link on the page has been clicked — that is one number per link, and it is not connected to you, your IP address, your device or a session. The Privacy Policy covers both in full.

3. Who can use the site

Anyone can read the page, play the embedded players and follow the links.

You must be at least 13 years old to submit your email address. The mailing list form is not for children under 13, and the site is not aimed at them. If we find out that an address belongs to someone under 13, we delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and think that has happened, email lowkey718booking@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Some countries set a higher minimum age for this kind of sign-up — 16 in parts of Europe, for example. If that is where you are, that higher age applies to you instead.

If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before signing up.

4. Fair use of the site

This is a small site on shared hosting. Please use it the way a normal visitor would. Specifically, do not:

• Submit an email address that is not yours, or a fake or throwaway address meant to pad the list.
• Use bots, scripts, macros or any other automation to submit the form, or submit repeatedly to flood it.
• Scrape, crawl or copy the site at scale, or run automated tools that make heavy or repeated requests. Reading the page and saving a link is fine. Hammering the server is not.
• Scan, probe or test the site's security, try to find or reach the private editor, guess passwords, or try to get into any part of the site that is not open to the public.
• Try to break, overload, slow down or take the site offline, or upload or inject anything harmful.
• Copy the page in order to pass yourself off as Lowkey718 or as the official page, or impersonate the artist or us anywhere.
• Remove or hide credits, copyright notices or attribution.
• Use the site to break the law or to infringe someone else's rights.

None of this is meant to stop ordinary fan behaviour. Share the link, screenshot it, post it, tell people about it. That is what it is for.

5. The mailing list

Joining the mailing list is optional, and it is the only thing you can submit to this site. If you submit the form, you are asking to receive email from us about Lowkey718 — new music, releases, shows and similar news.

When you submit the form we store your email address together with your IP address and the date and time. We keep the IP address and timestamp as a record that the sign-up happened and that it was asked for.

Your address may also be synced to Mailchimp, an email delivery service, if we are using it at the time. Otherwise your address stays in this site's own database.

We do not promise how often we will email, and we may not email at all for long stretches.

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it deletes your record from this site's database outright. We do not keep an archived copy here, so we cannot undo it or restore you later — if you change your mind, just sign up again.

Two honest caveats about that deletion. A deleted record can survive for a while in the host's routine backups until those rotate out; we do not go looking in them. And if your address had already been synced to Mailchimp, removing it from Mailchimp's own systems is a separate step — email us and we will take care of it there too.

6. Music, artwork and other content

What belongs to the artist

The songs, recordings, lyrics, cover art, photographs, videos, the name and stage name Lowkey718, and the logos and design used on this page belong to the artist, or to the people the artist shares or holds those rights with — a label, a producer, a photographer. This site's text, layout and code are ours too, apart from any third-party code, fonts or components used here under their own licences. All rights are reserved unless we say otherwise in writing.

What you can do without asking

• Listen, watch and enjoy.
• Share the link to this page anywhere you like.
• Post a short quote or a screenshot with credit, for normal fan and press purposes.

What you should ask about first

• Re-uploading full tracks, videos or artwork anywhere.
• Using the music or artwork in your own video, podcast, advert, game, stream or other project.
• Selling anything that uses the music, artwork, name or logo.
• Publicly releasing remixes, samples, edits or covers.
• Using the catalogue or this site's content to train an AI model or build a dataset. We reserve our rights on that, and asking is the honest route.

Two caveats, so this list is not read as more than it is. Some of these uses are allowed by law without anyone's permission — fair use or fair dealing, quotation, and in some countries a statutory licence for releasing a cover. This list is not us taking those rights away from you. And some rights are not ours to grant in the first place: publishing, master recordings and photography are often held by other people, so for anything substantial we may have to point you elsewhere.

Other people's names and logos

Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube, SoundCloud, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Instagram, TikTok and Threads are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use those names and marks only to tell you where the music is and where the artist posts. It does not mean any of those companies are involved with, sponsor or endorse this site or the artist.

If you think something here infringes your rights

Email lowkey718booking@gmail.com with the work you are talking about, where it appears on this page, and how we can reach you. We will look at it and take it down if that is the right outcome. We would rather sort this out by email than by letter.

7. Links out and embedded players

This page links out to services such as Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, iTunes, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Threads, and it embeds players from Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music and SoundCloud.

Those services are run by other companies. We do not control them. Some things follow from that:

• When you click a link out, you leave this site. That service's own terms and privacy policy apply from then on, not ours.
• An embedded player is loaded from that company's servers inside this page. Once it loads, that company can receive your IP address and other basic connection details, and may set its own cookies, under its own rules. We do not receive or store any of that — the connection is between your browser and them — and we cannot switch it off on your behalf. If you would rather avoid it, use a browser or extension that blocks third-party embeds.
• Anything you see inside those players or on those services — ads, recommendations, availability in your country, playback problems — is theirs, not ours.
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, safety or privacy practices of any site we link to, and linking to a service is not an endorsement of everything on it.

8. The site is provided "as is"

We put this page up and try to keep it working, but we cannot make promises about it. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind, whether stated or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In plain terms:

• We do not promise the site will be up at any given moment. It runs on shared hosting and it can go down, be slow, or be taken offline for maintenance.
• Embedded players can and do break — a service changes something, a track is pulled, a region blocks it. We may not notice straight away.
• Links can go dead when a service moves or removes a page.
• We do not promise the site is free of errors or that release dates, tracklists and other details on it are always current or correct.
• We do not promise the site is secure against every possible attack, though we do try.

Some places do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. If that is where you are, this section applies to you only as far as your local law allows, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Limits on what we are liable for

This site is free. Nobody pays us to use it. With that in mind, and to the fullest extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — for example lost profits, lost income, lost opportunity, lost or corrupted data, wasted time, or harm to your reputation — arising from your use of this site or your inability to use it.
• We are not liable for anything a third-party service does or fails to do, including the streaming services and social platforms we link to or embed.
• Our total liability to you for all claims connected with this site, added together, is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Limits like these are not enforceable everywhere, and a court may decide this one does not hold where you are. Where that happens, this section applies only as far as your local law allows and the rest of these terms still stands.

10. If your misuse causes us a problem

This section only bites if you go out of your way. If you deliberately misuse the site or break these terms — attacking it, impersonating the artist, misusing the content — and that leads to a claim, demand or legal cost against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and damages. That is limited to what your actions actually caused, and applies only as far as the law allows. It does not cover ordinary use of the site, honest mistakes, or anything we brought on ourselves.

If you are a consumer, consumer law where you live may limit or entirely remove this obligation. Where it does, that law wins.

If this ever happens we will tell you promptly, give you a fair chance to be involved in handling it, and will not settle in a way that admits fault on your behalf without asking you first.

11. Blocking and restricting access

If we believe someone is attacking the site, flooding the form, scraping heavily, or otherwise putting the site at risk, we may block or rate-limit their access. We may do that without notice, because usually there is no way to give notice.

If you think you have been blocked by mistake, email lowkey718booking@gmail.com and we will take a look.

12. Changes to the site and to these terms

The site changes all the time. Links move, players get swapped, releases come and go, and we may take pages down or retire the site entirely. We cannot promise notice before any of that.

We may also update these terms — for example if the site adds something, drops something, or the law changes. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant and we happen to have your email address, we may mention it in an email, but please do not rely on that.

Changes are not retroactive. Whichever version was posted at the time you used the site is the one that applied to that use, and a later version does not reach back and change it.

13. Disagreements

Talk to us first. If you have a complaint or a dispute about the site, email lowkey718booking@gmail.com and describe the problem and what you would like to happen. Almost everything can be sorted out this way, and we would ask for 30 days to work it out with you in good faith. That is a request, not a hurdle — it does not stop you filing anything if you need to, for instance to meet a deadline.

If it still cannot be resolved, these terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules, and we would both bring any dispute in the courts of New York, USA.

We are not asking you to give up your right to go to court. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms, and nothing here stops you using a small-claims court.

If you are a consumer in a country whose law lets you bring a claim locally, or gives you protections that cannot be signed away, that law still applies to you and this section does not take it away.

14. Odds and ends

• If part of this is unenforceable — that part is trimmed back to what is enforceable, or dropped, and everything else stays in force.
• Not enforcing something is not giving it up — if we do not act on a breach straight away, we can still act on it later, and on any other breach.
• The whole agreement — these terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about this site, and they replace anything said earlier about it.
• Transfers — we may transfer these terms to whoever takes over running the site or the artist's business. You cannot transfer your obligations under them to anyone else.
• No partnership — using this site does not make you our agent, partner or employee, and it does not make us yours.
• Headings — the headings are there to help you find things; they do not change what the sections mean.
